The breakfast was simple, but enough for a traveler. The hotel is in a good location, and the reception service was a plus. There is free private parking, and the room has a flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning, a minibar, Wi-Fi, and other accessories. Still, the hotel is just average, with nothing luxurious or fancy enough to warrant four or five stars. The room isn't well insulated, so street noise comes through. There is no accessibility for people with disabilities, and pets aren't accepted. For the price compared with what you get, I wouldn't recommend it.

The service was awful. We couldn't get into our room. The guy had told us check-in could be at 13:30, but when we arrived they wouldn't let us in. Then at 14:00, the check-in time, they still wouldn't release the room because they were cleaning it.

The hotel is in a handy location, with a few pharmacies and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was just like the photos, with clean, neatly arranged utensils. The staff there were friendly and polite, and we were welcomed nicely at both check-in and check-out. Rafael at reception greeted us warmly and explained the breakfast hours and the accommodation. Our room smelled fresh, the bedding was clean, the towels were soft, the floors were new, and the bathroom was spotless. It looked just like the photos. When we came back from dinner and asked about tea, Ricardo promptly helped us get some at reception. We felt very well taken care of. Personally, I'd prefer larger juice cups at breakfast, but that's just my preference and didn't make the experience bad.

The rooms are cozy and have a newer style. It even seems like the management may have changed. Breakfast was a favorite, with plenty of fruit and a wonderful waffle with Nutella. Everyone was attentive, from reception to the room and again at breakfast. They make you feel special. I'll be back, and I highly recommend it!

Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious, the beds were good, and the shower was really nice. The only issue was the older air conditioner, which was very loud and made the windows shake.
