The room is on the first floor, with people passing by, so privacy is limited. On my first day, I had to buy tape to cover the little door window because its glass was broken, and I wasn’t reimbursed for the tape. The manual air circulator also didn’t work. This is a very basic apart hotel, but the WhatsApp service was awkward, and I couldn’t tell whether I was speaking to a person or a bot. There was also a lot of bureaucracy involved in renting such a simple room.

The place didn’t seem very well equipped for rentals. Even basic things like blankets were missing during the cold weather.

I loved everything. The location is great, close to everything, and it was easy to get help from the company.
