The neighborhood is pretty, and the reception was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the grass had been cut. That’s where the good experience ended. The facilities are really poor. The rooms are extremely basic, with the cheapest, lowest quality furnishings. The rusty door bolts and padlocks don’t even close properly. The bathroom is awful: the electric shower is so poor it doesn’t give you a decent bath, and the floor, fixtures, and walls are very old and worn. The tiny tube TV has terrible sound, so it would be better not to have one. There’s a fan in the room. For 240, you can find better equipped hotels in the same area. Breakfast was passable, nothing special. I’d never pay that price to stay here again, and I’d be embarrassed to charge it for what they provide.

The apartments are simple but spacious and comfortable, each with two bedrooms, a small balcony, a table area, a minibar, and a bathroom. Everything was very clean, and our room had a lovely view. The location is excellent, close to the center yet quiet. The team were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great, especially the wonderful cheese bread. My only reservation is that a few small maintenance details need attention. I left very satisfied.

The location is good, the food is good, the rooms have a nice view, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good too, and the price was fair for half board. Still, the room didn’t fully meet our comfort needs, and I think the 4.4 rating is high, at least for the room we had. The extra sleeping space for two single beds was too small and had no door. A window by the entrance had no curtain, so it lit up the whole room. There were no hooks in the bathroom for towels, the shower didn’t get hot enough for cold weather, and there was a bad smell from the drain, shower, or sink. The toilet seat was in poor shape. The place wasn’t well equipped for the cold, especially. The old wardrobe could have been fine if it were in good condition. There was so much visual clutter that the room didn’t feel comfortable, even though it was clean. Thanks to everyone who worked to look after us. Best wishes to you all.

The outside view is the best part. The place is a bit old, and sometimes a smell from the toilet spreads into the room. The bathroom is narrow, has no shower enclosure, and you keep bumping into the wall while bathing. There’s no water heater, just the shower. The towel had been washed, but didn’t smell fresh. The TV is a 14-inch tube set, so Netflix is out of the question. Each unit has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a single bed. The Wi-Fi is decent. Breakfast and dinner are below average. Some units need maintenance, with loose or cracked toilet seats and, in a few, a loose toilet.
