The rooms are very small, including the bathroom, and the bedding was just so-so. The chalets sit close together, so noise carries easily. We could hear guests talking through the walls, and one night the people next door played loud music, laughed, and sang until about 11:30 pm. They only stopped when it started raining heavily. The inn is simple and not very close to downtown Monte Verde. We also didn't have a great stay because towels and bath products like soap and shampoo aren't provided. Towels cost 10.00 each. It could be worth staying for one night, or two at most, but if you book ahead, I think you can find places at the same price with more comfort and a better location.

The chalets are close enough that you can hear other guests talking and making noise. The separate towel charge could be included to make the stay better. Apart from that, I loved the decor, the service, and the location.
