Apart Avenida Monte Verde

Breakfast is tasty and served at the café next door. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and it’s decorated with good taste and clean. The location is excellent, right on Av. Monte Verde, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants. I only wish there were a handheld bidet spray. Then it would be perfect.

We loved having wine on the apartment balcony while watching the activity on the main avenue. The inn’s location is perfect, and the owners were very attentive, offering tips about the area and things to do. The electric heater, comfortable bed, and heated sheet were welcome, and the bathroom had a Boticário amenities kit. They think through the details that make guests comfortable. Staying at Apart Avenida Monte Verde is well worth it. I recommend it!

The apartment was well equipped, with hot water at both the sink and shower from central heating. There’s no fireplace, but the electric heater in the living room worked well, and parking is right by the entrance. It was quiet at night, and breakfast was good. From the warm welcome by Sr Valdeci to the rose petals on the bed and the excellent heated sheet, everything was lovely. Thank you for the stay.

We could leave the car in the garage and explore the tourist center on foot, which is especially handy on busy weekends or in high season when driving and parking are difficult. The apartment is cozy and modern, with tasteful furniture and a lovely balcony overlooking the main avenue or the beautiful scenery. It felt safe, the reception was excellent and helpful whenever we needed anything, and the shower was great. The electric blankets were a big help in the cold.
