The staff let us bring our pet and leave later than usual, which helped make up for things. The room also had an extra bed and bed and bath linens. Housekeeping did a very good job, and the shower was powerful and hot. The fireplace was great, though we had to pay for the firewood. Before the stay, phone and WhatsApp service was very good. During it, we first had trouble with the minibar in one room and were moved. In the second chalet, the toilet caused problems, and there was no drain to let water out. I asked for a floor squeegee, cloth, and bucket so we could use the bathroom. The man offered to take a look, but it was nighttime and I wasn’t going to move to another inn again. The pool shown in the photos was out of use when we arrived, and the place didn’t offer the service it seemed to promise. They said this inn was simpler and geared toward a simpler clientele because of the price, while the one across the street was more sophisticated. I found that difficult to accept. Guests deserve comfort and good service whether they pay 200 or 450. I asked to speak with a supervisor or give feedback as a customer, but they refused. It’s a shame they don’t invest more in renovations or the neglected common area. For the price and location, it could be very good. I hope it improves 😃

The location is great, but the chalet had a very strong musty smell. The shower left the bathroom soaked because the shower enclosure was broken, the door wouldn’t close properly, and water leaked out underneath. The internet connection was very unstable too. There’s a minibar in the room, but no items for guests to buy. They don’t serve breakfast or provide any hotel services. Parking can also be a problem, since sometimes there isn’t a space available.

The location was great and the service was good. Everything else was awful, especially the facilities and the cleanliness.

The room felt dark and everything was very old. The price didn’t match what they offered. Breakfast was plentiful, but served outside, and it was freezing while we ate.
