There’s no breakfast provided, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Within 500 meters there are several cafés and bakeries where you can start the day well. The place was clean and organized, and the owner was always available if we needed help. Great value for a practical, comfortable and affordable stay.

We had a great stay in Monte Verde and would definitely recommend it. Sr José was very helpful and polite.

The owner was very kind, and even helped me back the car out because the parking area has a small ramp. The chalet was extremely clean, with spacious rooms and a lovely view. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub, though we didn’t use it. There’s no breakfast, but the place down the street serves a filling, tasty one for 44,90. The only thing I’d improve is the shower: it’s small and the water flow is weak. I’d still stay here again.

You wake up to lots of birdsong, surrounded by greenery. It’s beautiful. The chalet has a fireplace and a minibar with glasses, so bring some wine. It’s about 5 minutes from the center, on a very quiet street with several pousadas. Down the street there’s a chocolate factory and a paneteria. Peaceful, clean and lovely.

The chalet has a microwave and minibar, and the bed was comfortable. It’s easy to get to, though there’s no breakfast. Apart from that, we had a very good stay, got some rest and enjoyed the city.
