We stayed from August 22 to 24, 2025, and everything was exceptional. Dona Cecília treated us like family. The room was cozy and tidy, the bathroom was clean, and breakfast was simply wonderful. The inn is very close to downtown Monte Verde, with quick access to all the city's attractions.
Breakfast was incredible, with so many choices: pastries, homemade cakes, yogurt, ham, and cheese. Cecilia was so kind and welcoming, and the whole place had a warm, inviting feel. Thank you, Cecilia, from Buenos Aires, Argentina 🇦🇷
The mountain views in Monte Verde were breathtaking, and the town felt clean, well cared for, and ready to welcome visitors. We had a wonderful stay at Plato, too. Cecília welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home right away, and the breakfast was delicious, thoughtfully made, and full of care. Every detail showed attention, and the hospitality was impeccable. We’ll be back soon to experience that welcoming, unforgettable stay again. Thank you, Cecília!
What a fantastic tribute! One of the freshest, tastiest breakfasts I’ve ever had, with eggs and orange juice made right then, plus lots of breads, sweets, and cakes.
We booked Platô at the last minute for the first weekend of 2025, and luckily there were two rooms available for our group of four adults and one baby. The inn is close to a pharmacy and supermarket, and only a few minutes from the main avenue. Dona Cecília was lovely and welcoming. We stayed in room 6, which was quiet, with a roomy bed and a nice hot shower. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was typically Mineiro, just how we like it. Nothing but praise from me!
