The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel, with loads of good quality choices for different tastes. We came for New Year's Eve and the cocktail on the 31st was incredible: excellent food, everything beautifully arranged, and very polite staff. I was impressed by how much care and effort everyone put into looking after guests. The reception and inn staff were lovely and attentive, and room service was great too, changing towels, tidying up, and taking out the trash. But they never replaced the shampoo and conditioner, even after I asked at reception; we stayed 4 nights. The place is charming and well located, not right in the center but not far away. The room was neat, with comfortable beds, good linens and towels, closets, and a fireplace for cold days. The bathroom is very old, though it works. When we arrived, there was no mirror, no shampoo, and only a little conditioner. The separate hot tub had warm water and was prepared properly, but two of its turbines weren't working. We got a bit hot because there was no air conditioning during a heat wave, though there was a fan and hot weather isn't common here.
