I stayed four days, from 14 to 18/01/2026. The hotel is wonderful, and the suite was incredible. Sr. Nelson was attentive and helpful, always checking whether everything was okay or if we needed anything. He made us feel at home and gave us all the tips for seeing the city. If you’re driving, a guide isn’t needed for the activities because everything is accessible. Pedra is the exception, since it’s a trail and better to go with a guide. I highly recommend the hotel. Monte Verde is simply spectacular, and I got to feel cold in the middle of summer. I love all of this!

The mountains were beautiful and such a treat to see. My husband and I loved the trip, though we skipped Pedra Redonda because of the weather. We could do the outings without a tour guide, and the place is only about five minutes from the center, so I didn't need to pay for one. Sr Nelson was kind, attentive, and full of useful sightseeing tips. The suite was spotless and very well organized, and breakfast had such a huge selection it felt more like lunch. I spent my April 18-21, 2025 holiday here and came away grateful for it all.

We found this place on December 31, after realizing the inn we'd booked was way out of the way and the road into Monte Verde was dirt and full of potholes. This stay really saved our New Year's Eve. It accepts pets, the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, and it's very close to shops and VillaLeta. Sr Nelson was welcoming and helpful, with plenty of tips for places to go and things to do. I can't wait to come back. New Year's in Monte Verde is MAGICAL!

Sr Nelson was so welcoming and kind. The inn itself felt cozy and well organized, and breakfast was wonderful. Great spot close to everything. We'll be back before long.
