The room was spacious, clean, and smelled fresh, with soft beds. I really liked room 210. The staff were polite, breakfast was good, and the value for money was a 10. I stayed here on my way to the Northeast and again on my return to SP. Highly recommend it!

I was allowed to stay two extra hours after checkout, which was very kind. The hotel met my expectations: it's simple, and I didn't find it expensive, though the nightly rate could be a little more in line with the location. The rooms were clean, the air conditioner worked great, and breakfast was good enough that I didn't need to look for a bakery. There's also a restaurant next door that serves wonderful home-style food. I have no complaints.

I don't recommend it. There was no hot water or blanket in my room, and I had to ask for towels. Just one employee was handling the phone, bringing towels, opening the parking gate, and everything else that came up. I felt sorry for the attendant, but still had to mention it. I hope they improve the service.
