I booked the room well in advance, but when I arrived it smelled strongly of mold and was dirty. There were no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom, so I left the hotel right away.

The bed linens and towel were dirty, and there were ants all over the bed. I also found ants in the breakfast food. When I called the attendant over to look, she ignored me and didn’t even remove the food. The room was filthy. Worst stay of my life. Don’t stay here.

The poor upkeep and lack of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. There was visible dirt in several areas, and the rooms had recurring problems and poor cleaning. Service was disappointing too: the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and I encountered a lack of professionalism from check-in through check-out. The services were questionable in quality. With the poor service, inadequate offerings, and lack of cleanliness together, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
