We left without eating after waiting an hour and a half and receiving only our drinks. We’d ordered two bacon burgers and sodas to have there, plus a chicken fettuccine to take away. During the wait, no one checked on us or came over to explain the delay or apologize. We had to find menus ourselves after asking twice. They said there weren’t enough for every table, even though the place was only half full. After following up several times and waiting 1.5 hours, we decided to leave. I hope other people have a better visit, but I won’t be coming back and would suggest eating elsewhere.

It was a quiet, safe, clean, and well-organized place. They had good soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The staff were very nice, but my steak was overcooked. Breakfast was presented very cheaply, with service starting at 8 am instead of 7:30. Hopefully it’ll be better next time.

The area around Guaramiranga is beautiful, and the hotel sits in a lovely spot, though getting there by car means navigating steep, tricky mountain roads. The views of mountains and forest were amazing, and the pool was magnificent. It felt a bit empty, so perhaps it would be livelier once the season had properly started. Breakfast seemed too basic for a hotel at this price: there wasn’t much fruit, juice, or choice. On arrival, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were okay, though not very large. Our first room was simple, faced the parking lot, and had a strong smell coming from the bathroom. We asked to move, and the next room was better. The following morning, the key broke inside the lock, but someone came to fix it fairly quickly and easily. For me, it’s a nice place for a one-night stay, or perhaps a visit during the busier season. Thank you!

Dinner took an hour and a half to arrive. When it finally came, the risotto was dry and far too salty.
