Apartamento Mobiliado Mozart

The apartment was clean and well organized, with fresh bedding, a clean bathroom, and air conditioning that worked well. The kitchen had plenty of basics plus a few extras. There were quite a lot of ants, which might be worth addressing with better pest control, but I didn't take stars off since ants are common in this area. Getting to shops and the beach was easy. Just keep in mind that Ponta Negra is quite hilly on the way to or from the beach unless you're staying right by the water. I felt reasonably safe around there. Like any big city, there can be problems, but I didn't run into danger or feel threatened. I'd seen both good and bad reviews before booking, but my own stay was very positive. Everything was handled over WhatsApp, and I found the service efficient. I'd happily stay here again.

The location and the building itself are good, but the place is poorly managed. It needs more cleaning and care, from the bedding to the appliances and kitchen utensils. The setup is nice and it's well located, but some things need fixing. When we tried to talk about it, we weren't listened to. It was my first stay here, and it'll be my last. I won't come back.

A pleasant place and great value for the money.

The location is great, and the rooms were tidy with clean bed and bath linens. Good value too. The internet never worked during my stay. I messaged them on WhatsApp about it, but got no reply.
