It's been a long time since I stayed there, but I'll never forget it because it was the worst travel experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The apart hotel is in a terrible location: you can't really get around on foot, and it's far from everything. Next to the property there's a building-supply depot that starts making deafening noise at 7:00 in the morning. At night the area feels completely deserted and unsettling, and there are crack users on the corner. The owner, an Italian man, was very rude and arrogant. The accommodation was old and needed maintenance. The mattress had a hole in the middle, there was mold on the living-room and kitchen walls, the bathroom smelled unbearably bad, and the toilet flush didn't work. It was hell!

I was really happy with the place. The flat had plenty of space and a calm atmosphere, with a comfortable bedroom, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. The kitchen was large and well equipped, and there was a hammock on the balcony. It also had lots of other things. The garage was enclosed and operated by remote, and the main Ponta Negra spots were nearby.

Whenever I visit Natal, I stay at Eporedia. The service is great, the people are polite, and cleanliness gets a 10. It's on a very quiet street, with a supermarket close by and a bakery on the same street that has delicious food. They're doing a great job. I went on March 9, 2018, and already want to come back soon, haha. They should offer some really good deals to attract tourists.

It feels like my home in Natal. The apartment is very clean and airy, and has everything you need for a good stay at a fair price. Sr. Roberto, who owns the apart, gives you all the support you need during your stay. I'll keep coming back!

The room was clean and tidy, and there's a secure enclosed garage. Communication with the owner was very good. It's close to everything if you're renting a car. I'd recommend it without hesitation.
