Blue Ocean Apartment

The apartment was cozy, and the front desk service was excellent. It also had a great view of Ponta Negra’s postcard landmark.

Being right across from Ponta Negra beach was the best part, so I didn’t make use of the pool or gym. The apartment is airy, with a constant strong breeze that meant no fans were needed. It’s really nice and well located, and the space is ideal for four people, though it can fit up to six for a short stay.

The building is well located and the shared facilities are kept in reasonable shape. But the rules about pets are extremely rigid, including where they can go in common areas and a ban on stepping on the garden, even from the outside sidewalk. The management won’t discuss it, and the regulations are outdated and don’t reflect the legal rights of domestic animals. Natal has a specific law, Law No. 7.599 of 2023, which the condo completely disregards.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were excellent with their service. A great place.
