The outdoor bathroom and tables weren’t cleaned during our entire stay, from day 1 through day 15. The bathroom stayed dusty and dirty, with no hand soap. They only went in to empty the bin and restock toilet paper, and even the water filter had a layer of dust on it. They should at least maintain and clean these areas once a week. Some other guests were also quite upset about various problems while we were there. The entrance lock was a big problem too. The electronic keypad rarely accepted the code on the first try, and we saw people, especially first-time arrivals, struggle with it. We ended up helping several guests, including with getting the key. A few days before we left, the code apparently changed. We asked for help on WhatsApp, but after waiting a long time we only got inside because someone happened to be leaving. Minutes later, they replied that there had been a system “error” and sent a new code. It’s frustrating that nobody is available on site to help, and the doorbell hardly works because it’s faulty. People could be at risk of being robbed while stuck waiting outside. Some guests also left the front door open and walked away. With no security, someone could easily have entered without staff noticing until it was too late. Better management, hygiene, and security, along with a more personal welcome for guests, would make this inn much better.

The check-in was awful. The electronic entry failed, and we were left in the street in an unfamiliar place, trying to reach someone. The phone option is a robot, and getting through to a person takes ages; then it took a long time to sort things out. The door later had another problem too. There was nobody on site to help, and the place was dirty. Our room was filthy, with bedding that was stained and bugs. I’d avoid it. There’s a hotel across the street that’s much better.

The owners were attentive and polite, and the location made our stay much easier. It’s a new, clean inn with a very casual design. Breakfast is simple but really good, and there’s an inviting pool. Great value for the money.

The pool and terrace look out toward the sea, and the room has an air conditioner, a refrigerator, and Netflix. The facilities are new and stylish, with careful attention to the details and excellent upkeep. The owners are always around to help. Breakfast is complete, and the atmosphere is hard to beat. The location is superb too.
