Natal is a great city, but this stay was TERRIBLE! Getting there was difficult, there were no signs with the property's name, and the lighting was awful. We had booked an apartment, but when we arrived the owner said there was a water problem. He told us not to worry because there was another “luxury space” at no extra charge, and took us along a really strange route. It turned out to be a beach-style house with a filthy pool and a barbecue area. Two families were already staying there, and we were put in a suite. They charged extra to use the air conditioning, which we declined, so we had the world's worst fan. The suite had a minibar, a 22-inch TV with cable, a double bed, a bunk bed, and a wardrobe. The house also had Wi-Fi. We paid for an apartment and ended up with a hostel-like experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was about to book Flat Mandala in Ponta Negra, but reading the reviews on Booking and Google changed my mind. The place seems to have a very bad reputation, and the owner comes across as, at the very least, inattentive. I never stayed there, but wanted to point out that people keep talking about the poor service. That was enough to make me give up on booking.

I came back at night after being out during the day and found my notebook missing from the room. I went to the administrator, but he didn't resolve the problem, so I cut short the rest of my stay. I called the police and filed an incident report, and I'll be taking the proper measures against the flat, the owner, and the administrator. There were no signs of a break-in. I don't recommend this place.

The room looked very poorly cleaned, smelled bad and of incense, and the sink was greasy. There wasn't even toilet paper. The owner's service was awful too, like we were asking him for a favor. I wouldn't recommend it. Think twice before staying here.

When I arrived on the date of my reservation, someone else had been given my spot. I booked again through Booking, but was told to find another hotel because the spot had gone to someone else again. They made a fool of me, then hid to avoid sorting it out. Even after I showed them the Booking reservation, they just told me to look for another flat. Disrespectful treatment.
