Hostel Havai Atlantico

I can't say what I liked, because the inn deliberately canceled my reservation, supposedly because Booking had listed a price below their usual rate. They said the correct price should be around R$ 180,00, but that isn't the rate they actually charge. In my view, this goes against the CDC. The law is quite clear that when prices differ, the lower one should apply, and this wasn't an obvious pricing-entry mistake, just greed. I don't recommend the inn because it clearly doesn't respect its customers.

A great place if you're looking for cheap, private, clean accommodation and similar basics. It still needs more IMPROVEMENTS 🤝

I arrived with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised. The service was wonderful, and it was comfortable, a great option that I think is even better than the options in Ponta Negra. The one thing I found unpleasant was that the air conditioning only runs from 22h to 8h. Starting it that late seems especially off in a city as hot as natal.

The entrance is attractive, and being right by the beach makes a great first impression. From the balcony you can see the vivid blue waves at praia dos artistas, so at first everything seemed perfect. The price was great, but over our 4 stays there was no real hotel service: the room was never cleaned, and the towels were never changed. A leak in the bathroom left the floor dirty, and it stayed that way. They said they'd move us to another room, but we remained where we were. Luckily, we left the next day.
