CASAS JARDINS PONTA NEGRA combines leisure and security for your family, near the city’s best-known landmark, O Morro do Careca. The high-standard homes measure 97,24M² and have 02 suites plus a bedroom, a living room for 2 settings, a kitchen, a service area, acoustic insulation, and a balcony. The leisure facilities include a swimming pool, playground, gourmet space, and shared areas delivered equipped and decorated. There is also electronic security and camera monitoring. We found 8 cockroaches, and the air conditioning leaks. The only thing I can say in its favor is the location.
