Liiv Hub – Natal Ponta Negra

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean, new, and practical. There's a cafe downstairs where you can get snacks, and the staff there are helpful and friendly. WhatsApp support works well too. They sell toiletries at the hotel, but don't provide soap, so bring your own or buy some there. Great value for money. Recommended.

It's a new hotel in a great location, with a lovely view of the beach and Morro do Careca. But room cleaning isn't included. We stayed six nights and the room was never cleaned unless we paid extra. Breakfast has only a few options, and the soundproofing is poor. Other guests don't respect the quiet hours.

Liiv Hub was such a fun place to stay, and better than I expected. The room was clean, modern, and really practical, with a relaxed vibe that feels very Natal. The location in Ponta Negra is great, close to the beach and everything the city has to offer. At Lia Café Bar, the staff were attentive and helpful, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The rooftop has a wonderful view of Morro do Careca. I really recommend it! 😍

The hotel is clean, modern, and in good shape, but the automation system made the stay much harder. When I arrived, the check-in link wouldn't recognize my booking code. The WhatsApp contact sends a huge number of automated messages each time you need help, which is a frustrating system. Breakfast is ordered à la carte, and adding it to the reservation costs more than buying it directly from the snack bar.
