The flat is central and close to just about everything, including bakeries, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and a pizza place. The furniture was in great condition and it had everything I needed. My only issue was a leak under the kitchen sink, with water running into the cabinet, so we had to use the bathroom sink whenever we needed to wash anything. I have no other complaints. The owner just needs to fix that leak and it would be perfect.
Everything was there for a comfortable stay: clean, well furnished, with the appliances we needed and good service. I really liked it.
Good location near the beach, shopping, restaurants, craft shops, and the lively Ponta Negra beachfront avenue.
We had a really nice stay in Braian’s flat, which we rented through Air bnb. The building is organized, the pool is clean, and it has an electronic doorman system. There’s an elevator that holds up to four people. Some flats have balconies and some don’t, though from what I saw they all have a glass wall with very large windows. Ours had air conditioning and an electric shower, and the neighbors were pleasant. It’s about a five-minute drive to Morro do Careca, on a busy avenue with large supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. There’s no garage for the flat, just an uncovered parking area out front.
The flat was cozy, clean, and near the beach, malls, restaurants, banks, and pretty much everything else. The pool is nice, but there’s a deep section at the back with no divider, so it could be dangerous for a child and you have to watch them carefully. We liked our stay and would come back. Sleeping in is almost impossible, though, because people, I think long-time residents, get very noisy early in the morning.
