The photos we had taken with Viva Photos are some of our favorite memories from the trip. Their team was creative and professional, and made it fun. Ocean Palace Resort itself also made for a wonderful stay in Natal. We had a spacious, spotless room with an incredible ocean view, and those sunrises were a treat. The resort has well-kept pools, tropical gardens, and lots of room to relax. The staff were kind and helpful throughout, and the food was fresh, with plenty of local and international choices. Its location on Via Costeira gives direct beach access, and Ponta Negra is just minutes away. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and exploring Natal. The ocean views were breathtaking from the moment we arrived. This was a luxurious, relaxing getaway that exceeded our expectations. We’d love to come back, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable escape in Brazil.

The food and amenities were amazing, and the facilities were clean. Everyone working there was willing to help. The one frustration was the Wi-Fi in our bedroom. It kept cutting out, which was annoying when you don’t have local cellular service.

The rooms were comfortable and had been updated, but much of the rest of the resort felt old and improvised. It does have a good sea view, and the beach is right in front, though you have to go downstairs to reach it. Shade falls over the beach around mid-afternoon. The all-inclusive package costs a lot, but they offer a wide range of good-quality food, drinks, wines, and beers, and the serving staff are very attentive. If those drawbacks don’t bother you, it could work well for a family.

The staff were incredible, and the whole place was kept clean. Our family had a great time with the all-inclusive Carnival package, a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us. There’s a special kitchen area for kids with lots of natural fruit juices, hamburgers, and other things they like. The bar is well stocked, and we enjoyed the French and Japanese restaurants.

The food and drinks were out of this world, and the location was perfect. Recreation and amenities were great too, though the rooms could use some renovation. The themed French, Asian, and Italian restaurants were a real plus. The staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Manaceas and Mr. Olegário, who were so gentle and treated us like family.
