I’ve traveled and backpacked around the world for ten years, and this was my worst experience. I felt so scared by what happened that I left the hostel. Staff were unfriendly, and the owner, Bertrand, was rude, aggressive, and threatening. He yelled at me during breakfast because I had my feet on the couch and had put my towel out to dry on a patio chair. It felt completely insane and even dangerous. There are loads of rules, and people are literally mean. This is not a place where you feel safe or comfortable, or get good vibes. It’s also far from the beach and badly located. There are plenty of better places in Natal where travelers can enjoy their stay and be treated with respect. Don’t go to Pousada Natal Pardise!
