The location is excellent, and service was very good on some shifts, though disappointing on others. A special mention for Paula in the kitchen: she was friendly and attentive, and when she was working, she always took care to keep the food replenished. We stayed for a week and, on nearly every day, had to get up very early to have a fuller breakfast. Breakfast starts at 07h00, but when our family arrived at 08h25 one day, the orange juice was already gone, leaving only guava juice, which not everyone likes. The bread had run out too. When I asked for more, the attendant looked displeased and brought only six mini French rolls. She said the sliced bread was gone as well. The mozzarella had also run out, and the wait for more was so long we nearly went elsewhere for breakfast, even though we had already paid for it. Other items also tended to run out and take a while to be replaced. The room was reasonable, but on the first day we asked to move because we’d been put beside the kitchen. We woke to the noise of pots, a blender, and loud conversations early in the morning. Better organization of breakfast restocking and more attentive service on some shifts could improve the experience a lot.
