What ruined the stay for me was the service. The staff were awful, and I never felt welcome. I’m from Pará, and I really didn’t feel comfortable there. The place is very basic and expensive for what they offer, but the poor treatment is what makes it a no for me. I’d rather pay a little more to be treated well, since good service matters much more to me than how a place looks. The price they quoted was different from what I was charged when I arrived, and much higher. They said it was because of my arrival time, even though I checked in at midnight, and at other places I’ve stayed, check-in starts at 10 in the morning. The atmosphere wasn’t very pleasant either, though that alone matters less to me. I wouldn’t stay there again.

It was a really unpleasant and very expensive stay. The gate was left open with no security, there was dirt on the room floor, the shower barely had enough water, and there was no mini-fridge. The person who dealt with us showed little common sense and wouldn’t work things out with a guest. In my view, customers should be treated as right. I’d give it zero in every category and wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk from the airport, with a market nearby, and the shower and Wi-Fi were good. The person who helped me was very attentive, and I get that this simple inn may be how a modest family makes a living. Still, R$ 75,00 for one night felt high for what you get, especially since using the air conditioning costs another R$ 20,00. I only stayed one night, so I can’t say whether the container room gets too hot, but the metal might make it really noisy with more people inside. Traffic on the main avenue was loud, which isn’t great if you’re a light sleeper. Privacy was also lacking: the curtain was narrow, and anyone on the street could pull the low, unlocked gate and look into the container. Mosquitoes came through the gaps, and I woke up in the middle of the night to put repellent on my face and hands. It’s meant to be simple lodging, and anyone looking for luxury would probably choose somewhere pricier. I hope the people responsible make a few changes to improve the space.

I had a really good stay at the inn. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay and enjoy your vacation, this is the best place for you.

The owner wasn’t willing to have a cordial conversation, and there’s no mini-fridge. The shower doesn’t work properly, and there were so many mosquitoes. I’ve never been treated so badly. I came looking for a place near the airport, found this inn, and was questioned about my check-in time because apparently there are set hours for arriving. I travel often and have never run into that before. The service was terrible, and the whole stay was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it.
