Hotel Lark - Adult Only

I was pretty disappointed and the night was a complete loss. The first time I stayed here, I asked for the suite Valete and liked it well enough. On Sunday night, 11/11/2018, I came back with my fiancée because she wanted to see the place, and asked for suite Dama. Nothing worked properly: the TV only worked manually, the control panel was out of adjustment, and the air conditioning was broken. After I asked to switch rooms, we waited 40 minutes and were moved to the suite Valete I already knew, but that one was even worse and smelled bad. The TV had the same problem. When I called reception, they rudely told me I didn't know how to use the equipment. I asked to speak with the manager but got nowhere. I called again, and nearly half an hour later a woman came by without introducing herself, checked the problem, then went to get a remote. By then, an hour and 20 minutes had passed since I checked in, and only part of the problem had been fixed.

The location is good and the room was clean, but the air conditioning wasn't cooling very well. Service was okay. The menu doesn't have much variety, though I understand some things might not sell enough to warrant a bigger selection. I still like going there whenever I have the time.

It used to be great, and now it's just okay. The service is excellent, but the mattresses are really torn up, and the cleaning is awful. There's a musty smell.

It was good, but what would make me come back was the excellent service from the waitresses on the day shift. They were very polite, kind, and patient.
