The people in charge could use a course or workshop on showing customers proper respect and decorum.

We loved our stay as a family and would recommend it. Everything was clean and organized, the atmosphere felt family friendly, and breakfast was delicious. The owner was really pleasant and gave us great tips for outings. The woman working there was also attentive and helpful. The service was excellent.

The staff were very polite, and the accommodations were clean. It took us a pleasant 15-minute walk to reach the beach.

The room was far too small, the beds were hard, and the towels were tiny and seemed old. They pushed two very uncomfortable single beds together to make a double. The bathroom was cramped and not inclusive, and there was no soap or toilet paper. I also found the reception service unprofessional, and the value for money was poor. The booking didn't say whether my room had a private bathroom, so I paid extra for one. Breakfast was very basic with few choices and a tight serving window. Honestly, this feels like a hostel, and I think the management needs better training.
