Pirâmide Palace Hotel

Top.

A good place for a short stay if you want convenience and comfort without high expectations. The rooms were clean and organized, with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to rest after work or a day out. Staff were polite and helpful, and getting around town was easy from this location. The price felt fair, and my stay was satisfactory.

I had to buy two toothbrushes and toothpaste, and was surprised to be charged R$ 40,00 for these basic items. The towel was extremely small and thin, almost like a cleaning rag. There were no bathroom amenities at all, not even shampoo, so I couldn't even wash my hair. The hotel also looked visibly run down and neglected. While I was showering, the shower enclosure fell on me, showing how risky the condition of the place is.

The service was good and respectful, the beds and sheets were good quality, the pillow was lovely, and breakfast was very good. It's convenient being right in central Nobres, and I understand the building is old. But that doesn't excuse the lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Most of the outlets were coming out of the walls, there were no hooks for backpacks, and my bedside table fell apart. The place could be excellent, but the lack of building maintenance is obvious.
