I really enjoyed my six nights here, even though it seems a little out of the way and the exterior looks dated. The staff were welcoming, especially the friendly front desk team, who always stopped for a little chat when I walked by. I ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner five or six times. It was quiet, and the food was incredible. The restaurant itself could use a facelift since it’s a bit dark, but it was clean and functional. There was a long power cut one night, so everyone gathered in the lobby, bar, and outdoor relaxation area. It was dark, but the group ended up making a pretty nice atmosphere. 🤣

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. Last night, a young woman at the front desk went out of her way to arrange delivery of the sinus medicine I badly needed from a drugstore. I’ve spent over 100 nights in hotels this past year, and few have treated me this well. The food is very good too, especially the bowl of chicken soup I had for dinner last night. I strongly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Novo Hamburgo.

The room was very comfortable, and the food was delicious during the development and leadership training I attended at Locanda Hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff for all their support and care during that special time.

For a city this size, it’s a good hotel. The place was very clean and organized, and the staff were well trained.

I went to Hotel Locanda for my company’s events, and it seems like a good place to stay and hold events.
