The room was comfortable and everything was clean, with a fresh and varied breakfast too. The team were wonderful and very helpful. The location was ideal, close to Thermas dos laranjais and several restaurants. I stayed with my family, and we'd definitely come back.

The hotel is in a good location, and the breakfast was tasty. The cooks were lovely, as were the cleaning staff, and the receptionists were polite. Still, there were some little bugs on the sofa near the reception bathroom, and there's only one bathroom there for both men and women. The room's air conditioning wasn't great. I also don't think guests should have to hand over their key when leaving, since someone could go into the room and take our things. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is cozy, and the service was great. Its location is hard to beat, right on the main avenue with everything close by. Breakfast was excellent, with lots to choose from. I'll be back next month, though I hope they put in a softer adult mattress. The single beds were fluffy and soft, and the kids loved them, but ours was very hard. Maybe it was new, but it made sleeping difficult. We managed in the end. We were in AP 33, hahah.
