Olímpia Aparts

We booked directly with the owner. The place is a bit far from Termas do Laranjais, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The rooms were spotless, and the whole property was cleaned very well. The garage felt a little tight. My car is an SUV, so I had to be very careful driving in and out. The price is fair and the place is comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location is interesting, though a bit far from downtown. My room needs a renovation, at least from what I saw; I didn’t see the others. The aluminum doors were bent and loose and wouldn’t close properly. The wallpaper was stained and moldy, and the wooden floor was falling apart. It just wasn’t in good shape. The double bed was good, but the two single beds had thin, hard mattresses. They weren’t comfortable for a restful night.

The host was quick to reply and made us feel very welcome. The location was peaceful and easy to reach, and the accommodation was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. It was also cozy and just as described in the listing. We had an excellent stay and would definitely come back. I recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, worry-free visit.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff were very attentive. One thing that could be improved is the parking. Individual spaces would be better than double spaces, since one guest can get in the way when another needs to leave.
