Pousada Recanto Solar dos Passaros

The breakfast was excellent, but the mess was left sitting there for hours. There were also lots of flies around. The beds were good and the air conditioning worked well. The place has a lot of potential, but the upkeep and service team don’t feel ready for a pousada. The owners leave their children to handle things, and they’re willing to help, but unprepared. The facilities are old and dirty, and the pool was the biggest disappointment, dirty and badly rusted. We had to ask for the bins to be cleaned, pillowcases changed, the bathroom cleaned properly, and the water checked because it kept turning cold. They did take care of every request, but we shouldn’t have had to point out so many things. When we arrived, the pillowcases smelled of sweat. The young woman said they hadn’t been changed, but that she’d change them right then. It has real potential, but it needs maintenance and a properly prepared team.

The room was in perfect condition, and we loved how cozy the place was. Breakfast was top-notch, and the staff were very helpful. I’ll be back.

Everyone was always so attentive, and breakfast was great. I loved everything and we’ll definitely come back again.

The owner is so kind and always concerned that guests feel comfortable. The team was attentive and helpful, and I received a very warm welcome. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, just right for relaxing after a busy day. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. The location was great too, close to everything I needed. I had an excellent stay, and I’d recommend this place and plan to stay here again!
