The birthday surprise was the sweetest part of our stay at Hotel Villa Rebellato. When Sr. Fernando heard it was my husband Douglas's birthday, he and his team brought out a cake at breakfast and sang to him. We were really touched by the thoughtful gesture, and the care started from our very first contact to make the reservation. The hotel is cozy, with spacious rooms and spotless cleaning. It's right in the center, across from Igreja Matriz, and there's secure parking in the square just in front. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with homemade bread, pão de queijo, fruit, and scrambled eggs. They’re also pet friendly and made our little dog Kakau comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

The breakfast was excellent, and the reception staff were helpful no matter who was on shift. One person especially stood out for their service, though I can’t remember their name now. The whole team deserves credit. I stayed there with my girlfriend over a holiday when almost every hotel in town was full. On the second day, a friend joined us to enjoy the city. Our room only had a double bed, but the manager quickly arranged a single bed for her. That flexibility and attention made the stay as good as it could be.
