This hotel was part of my teenage years, which makes it sad to say I won't go back after two awful stays in a row. The rooms are horrible even though they seem focused on making the outside look nice. The air conditioner doesn't cool and drips right onto the guest's face. The bathroom is extremely old, looks dirty, and has a terrible shower. They seem stuck in the past, with no investment in improvements.

Breakfast was generous and had great options, and the service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The reception team was especially helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.
