The rooms and bathrooms were filthy. We stayed Friday through Monday, and not once was our room or bathroom cleaned, despite the claim that cleaning happens every other day. Staff could enter the rooms supposedly to clean, but no cleaning ever took place. Then they accused us of taking one towel from each of the 18 rooms and demanded R$80 per towel. They even filmed an “before and after” video with the supposed towel count, and kept making baseless claims. When we said we’d open our bags and file a police report for slander if no towels were found, the woman backed down and told us to forget it. Some people chose to sleep without a blanket because the ones provided were so dirty. The air conditioning also didn’t work properly, and the supposedly clean cutlery included knives with food stuck to them. The pool was listed in the ad, but it stayed covered with a tarp for our entire stay, so nobody could use it. We were part of a 46-person group trip planned since March 2025, with our room list organized ten months ahead. We had 18 rooms booked, yet on arrival we waited 30 minutes at the entrance while the owner completely changed the list, calling out whichever names he wanted and assigning rooms from his own version. He was rude and had no real sense of how to manage the place, and some of the employees were just as impolite. If you decide to stay here despite the many bad reviews, get everything in writing or recorded, and take photos of your room so you’re not caught off guard by accusations.

We were in town for a show at Centro de Convenções and only needed the inn for Saturday night. I paid R$240,00 and was disappointed. I wasn’t expecting five stars, but the place was still poor value. The spaces were dark, stuffy, and smelled of mold, except for the reception. The pool was dirty. The only decent part was the welcome when we arrived. It badly needs improvements.

The pool was really dirty, and the room smelled of mold. The towels were dingy, and there wasn’t even water available to buy, so we were thirsty in the middle of the night. Nobody made us feel welcome. When we arrived, the person greeting us snapped, “I’m only one person!” The staff were rude and the place felt disorganized. The owner didn’t seem suited to managing it, which may explain how the employees acted. I was very unhappy with the stay. Even if the price seems like good value, I’d make sure to check carefully what kind of place is actually being offered.

The minibar was extremely noisy, and the bathroom shower door wouldn’t close. Mold seemed to cover the ceilings, and you could smell it throughout the place, including on the way to the rooms. They also say the room door code out loud, and it follows a pattern that wouldn’t stop someone with bad intentions from getting into other rooms. It’s very close to the convention center, Classic Hall, and Shopping.
