The gym was closed while I was there, but I hope to use it on my next visit. I'm traveling for business, and the hotel is well placed for me, with a shopping mall nearby and easy access to my company. The access is good in general. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is good too. For the price and quality, it's very good. I think I'll come back next time I'm in Osasco.

It's our pick whenever we come to São Paulo. The building is brand new, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The location in the heart of Osasco is excellent, with easy access to the main roads into São Paulo, including the marginals.

My stay was very good, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working, which made the stay useless for me. When I asked at reception, they said I had the wrong password. The service could have been kinder.

The hotel has great facilities, an excellent breakfast, and Ricardo's service was a 10. But I felt misled about the cost for my 14-year-old. Booking said children that age stayed free. After I checked in, I found there was no bed for my son, who is as tall as my husband, and they wanted him to share the double bed. The receptionist with brown skin and curly hair said I had to go downstairs and pay the extra 120,00. Booking directly with the hotel would have been cheaper. I'd already seen reviews mentioning this issue. I had to go down and pay so they'd send an extra bed, then wait until the housekeeper arrived at 22:00 to finish setting it up, even though I'd been waiting since 19:00.
