From the 19th-floor executive suite, I got lovely views of the sunset and city lights, and the room was very well soundproofed. The workspace was comfortable, the shower was great, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast had a wide, delicious selection. We'll definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly, and it's a nice, simple hotel. There's good pizza next door and a good spa across the street within walking distance. The Square and mall are walkable too.

It feels like a proper class hotel, though there are still things to work on, including staff attention, room decor and cleaning in the guest areas. I stayed in the suite and still had to pay for the two bottles of water I drank. My shower was cold, and I couldn't work out how to get warm water. Palmas is hot, fortunately. The small pool was disappointing.
