Oncotô Palmas Hostel

The pool was filthy, there were no sheets on the beds, and breakfast was just bread with butter and coffee. One woman was in a really bad mood and treated us terribly. I didn't like it and can't recommend the place.

I couldn't book the hostel because my dates weren't available, but I liked what I saw. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you need, and there's also a barbecue area, a pool, and a garage. The rooms are spacious, airy, and very clean, and the bathrooms are roomy and clean too. The facilities seemed really pleasant.

The room's air conditioning could only be used at night and had to be turned off in the morning. When we went for breakfast, there was only coffee. We arrived exhausted at 4 a.m. to find our reserved room hadn't been prepared, and the owner kept questioning the payment even though we'd already paid, apparently because he hadn't managed to check it online. Then, barely awake, we were asked what time we'd be leaving. Poor service from start to finish. One time was enough for me, and I don't recommend it.

The owners were lovely to talk with, and breakfast was simple but really good, even though it wasn't included in our agreement. We were treated very well, and both the room and pool were clean. I loved my stay and definitely recommend it.
