Breakfast on the balcony was simple and tasty, and the team was great, especially Carol, who looked after everyone so warmly. The hostel is really well organized, with clean, comfortable rooms. Downstairs there are regular beds, no bunk beds, and they're good ones. It's also less than a five-minute walk from Praia da Graciosa. I highly recommend it.

The pool was a lovely way to cool off in the heat, and the hostel is well located near Praia da Graciosa, the waterfront bars, and Amarelinho snack bar. Everyone on the team was attentive, helpful, and polite. We had a problem with our booking on hotéis.com, and Karol sorted it out quickly. The place was spotlessly clean, and breakfast was delicious, with much more than you'd usually expect at a hostel. The pão de queijo and carrot cake with chocolate topping were especially good. We'll definitely come back when we visit Jalapão.
