Sônia and Carlos welcomed us with so much love and care, and I was sorry I’d planned such a short stay. This immaculate, cozy pousada has a delicious breakfast and thoughtful touches throughout: plenty of outlets and hooks, quality bedding and towels, a comfortable bed, stocked minibar, kettle for tea, good soap, and fruit from the orchard for guests. It’s 2 km from the village center but very close to the entrance to the trilha da fumaça. The distance from the village means absolute quiet, and the few chalets make it even more peaceful. Guests with a car will find it convenient. The sleep and shower quality were incredible. Highly recommended.

The owners are so friendly, and the place itself is charming. Breakfast is excellent, made largely with ingredients picked right on the property. It’s very close to two wonderful waterfalls and the village center.

The only downside is for anyone without a car, since it’s a long walk to the Villa. The owners are very attentive, the room is spacious and clean, the bed is wonderful, and breakfast was very good.

Pomar dos Campos is a very pleasant, cozy inn near the village of Capão and trails such as the Cachoeira da Fumaça trail. Fruit all around is available to guests. The owners provide excellent service, which made the stay especially enjoyable.

Staying with Sônia and Carlos exceeded my expectations because of their wonderful welcome and special attention. I don’t have words for how grateful I am. I highly recommend them!
