It's a simple hotel, but the welcome has that warmth only people from Minas Gerais seem to give. The rooms had very clean sheets and towels. Breakfast had everything you need and was served with a lot of care.

Everyone, be VERY careful with this hotel. The staff were extremely rude, brusque, and irresponsible. They cancelled our reservation just ONE DAY before we were due to arrive, then sent several offensive messages to our email. I've never seen anything like it. They'll be sued for moral damages and everything they've caused us. A disgrace. Given the negative reviews here, you can already imagine what it's like.

It was really hot, and the fan barely worked. With trucks going by on the avenue right outside, sleeping was impossible. Breakfast looked nothing like the photos. The employee said it was "reduced" for the year-end period, but the bread was stale and awful. The price was extremely high too. Terrible.

The rooms with balconies facing the street get a lot of noise. Still, the place is very organized, and the woman serving breakfast was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. The reception staff were just as polite and helpful.

The place is excellent, but the bedding and towels need replacing. They smelled bad and the mattresses were awful. Even if the place is simple, the linens could be much better. Breakfast had no hygiene at all, with staff picking things up with their hands.
