The location is good, and breakfast is okay. But the room wasn’t cleaned after the first night, and there was no soap, shampoo, or TV remote. The channels were bad, so there was nothing to watch. The shower was terrible, with very little water that got unbearably hot.

The staff were attentive and polite, a 10 for service. The inn is right by the beach at encantadas, which isn’t suitable for swimming, and it’s close to bars and shops. But there’s a sewer right outside, and the smell can make you feel sick. We stayed four nights. When we arrived, there was a dead cockroach under the bed. They cleaned the room, but the little roach stayed with us, so we asked for a broom and cleaned it ourselves. The room is extremely cramped, with nowhere for luggage except the floor. The bedding didn’t smell clean, and breakfast was just okay. The walls between rooms are wooden, so you can hear the neighbors. The TV didn’t work any of the days.

We stayed at the campsite for New Year 2025/2026. Breakfast was good, and the bathrooms were good too, with no wait or cleanliness issues for me. Quiet hours were respected at 10 p.m., and everyone was really sweet with my baby. I recommend it. The only drawback is a sewer nearby that sometimes smells, but it didn’t get in the way.
