The rooms at the back were quiet, even though the hotel is just off SP-270 and beside Av. das Posses, which made getting around easy. After I booked online, the staff were really helpful and even went out of their way to translate things into English. They were welcoming, too, always serving with a smile.

The breakfast had plenty of choices, but there were so many flies around the food that we didn't feel comfortable eating. The coffee and milk in the flasks weren't staying hot either, so maybe it's time to replace them. I’m mentioning these things because they seem simple to improve. We liked the clean rooms and very helpful staff and would like to come back, but if the fly problem isn't fixed, honestly, I won't return.

I use reviews to help me choose places, so I always write one after a visit. The reception was friendly, but I missed having a freezer in the room. Breakfast needs work too: the papaya was unripe, and when I asked about replenishing the scrambled eggs, the person in charge said they were taking care of it. I waited, but nothing came, and they didn't check back on what they'd told me. A gluten-free option would be good as well. I could stay at a hotel elsewhere in the area.

The quiet at dawn was so peaceful, and we loved the city too. Our room was clean and nice, the beds were good, and the shower was excellent. Everything felt very clean and hygienic, there’s parking, and breakfast was really tasty with plenty of variety. We had a great stay and the service was great. The only thing we missed was a hair dryer, so anyone who needs one should bring it.
