For the price they charge, I expected a first-rate pousada, but it was nowhere near that. The breakfast was awful, the service was terrible, the air conditioner in the room rattled like a train, and the shower wouldn’t get hot. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. 02/02/2026

We stopped by to stay, but the service felt completely unwilling. The rooms and the place itself don’t match the price they’re asking. It seemed like they didn’t want guests.

The place is in terrible shape, and the manager was very rude and showed no interest at all in the guests’ experience.

It’s a good value, with a rustic feel and a spot close to the historic center. Breakfast was good, and you order à la carte. I’d come back.
