Hotel Boutique Casa Arte Cabore

We loved Casa Arte Cabore so much that we extended our stay, and still wished we could have stayed longer. Nelson and his wife made us feel welcome right away and were incredibly kind. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and super clean. Art throughout the house gives it a special, inspiring feel. And breakfast was AMAZING, one of the best we’ve had on our travels, with everything you could want to start the day. Thank you, Nelson, for a wonderful experience! 💛

Nelson and Maria were incredibly kind and helpful, and talking with them was a pleasure. They made us feel at home. Their artwork gives the beautiful property lots of character and a welcoming atmosphere, while the location is peaceful and relaxing but still an easy walk to Paraty’s historic center. The rooms were modern, spotless, and comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent selection of fresh fruit and baked goods, plus eggs made to order. The freshwater pool was a lovely way to cool off after exploring, and the cats kept us entertained. I hope to visit again and would highly recommend Casa Arte Cabore.

Our favorite stay of the whole Argentina and Brazil trip. The hosts were friendly, knew the area well, and gave us great recommendations. The spacious rooms had excellent air conditioning, and breakfast was incredible, with lots of fruit, beads, cakes, and other homemade organic things. The gorgeous guesthouse is a 10-15 minute walk along the canal to the old town. It was lit and felt very safe both day and night. Can’t recommend Casa Arte enough!

The house felt like an oasis of calm, while still being within walking distance of the center. We appreciated the pool in the heat and the option to park our car inside. The room had comfortable beds, good air conditioning, fresh towels each day, and a great shower. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of sweet and savory choices like cakes, quiches, and fresh fruit. The staff were happy, attentive, and kind, which made a real difference. Nelson and his wife welcomed us warmly and shared lots of helpful tips on places to visit, getting there, and things to do. We arrived at the last minute after a cancellation and couldn’t have been luckier. It was a fantastic stay, balancing the feeling of being welcomed into their home with respect for guests’ privacy. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we’d definitely return. Highly recommended for a peaceful, well-located retreat!
