Casa Jardim Bangalôs

The service and location were lovely, but the bathroom didn't work. Our room was dark, humid, and not very clean.

We arrived on 29.12.21 and things were pleasant until New Year's Eve. Then, on 01.01.22, an issue came up: urine was found on the mattress. The owner insisted it was ruined and needed replacing, saying a new one cost R$2.000,00. She also said we had to pay for a night's stay because the bungalow would be uninhabitable, even though she had another empty bungalow and had suggested we move there herself. We felt humiliated and pressured into paying R$2.800,00 upfront, since we don't have a credit card. I had a severe anxiety attack that took a very long time to pass. This unexpected expense disrupted our monthly budget, leaving my husband and me struggling to meet our regular commitments. What should have been a pleasant trip turned into a huge headache. I don't recommend it.

A lovely, clean, cozy place close to the beach, and best of all, pet-friendly ❤️🐶. The owner was very attentive and helpful. She served us a delicious breakfast and helped arrange our tours. We'd definitely return if we get the chance.

After a tiring day, this is a wonderful place to come back and rest. The bungalows sit among plants in a charming garden, and everything was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. The owners were incredibly helpful, suggesting great outings and good spots for delicious meals.
