Nice, nice, nice.

Our stay was a disaster. The first apartment was in unacceptable shape: the fridge didn’t work, and the mini-fridge offered as a “solution” was frozen solid in the middle of the living room. It thawed and soaked everything. There were ants all over the table and kitchen, and the bed had bedbugs. The bites affected our health, and our two young children had to sleep at a friend’s house. We were moved to a different apartment, farther away and just one room, that was worse than what we’d booked. Since then, I’ve written every day asking them to resolve this and haven’t received a response. I also complained to Booking.com, but so far nobody has taken responsibility. I don’t recommend this accommodation under any circumstances.

The photos don’t match the place, which is a shame. We found a cockroach in the bathroom and I killed two bedbugs in the bedroom. The accommodation sets check-in at 3pm and check-out at noon, so you’d think there’d be time to clean properly. Straightening things up isn’t the same as cleaning. It’s near the beach, but that area needs a good clean too.

A total disaster. The room was infested with bedbugs, and they took no responsibility for what happened or offered a refund. What they sell isn’t what it appears to be. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
