The hosts were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us. Everything was very clean and well kept. Our room was small but had all the facilities we needed, and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was tasty, varied, and nicely presented, with coffee available throughout the day. The pool area also looked clean and pleasant, though we didn’t use it. The inn is surrounded by beautiful, peaceful countryside and felt safe. Most guests arrive by car, but if you’re coming by bus, get off at the KM552 sign and walk about 150 metres. Paraty is roughly half an hour away by bus. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

We picked the standard room through Assist, where I’m a member, and didn’t pay to upgrade. It had no air conditioning or minibar, but guests can use a refrigerator outside. Since it was autumn and cool, the room worked perfectly for sleeping and showering. It was quiet here, away from the bustle of central Paraty, which is about a 25-minute drive away. Staff were attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant. Breakfast was basic but satisfying, with fruit, juice, cakes, and little meat or banana-and-cinnamon pastries fried to order. I recommend the inn. One tip: try a schooner or jeep tour to see several places and beaches in one day. It was a great experience.
