Hotel Cabana

The rooms are quite clean and attractive, but the service really falls short. The staff showed little courtesy or commitment to guests. There’s also awful noise late at night from the many company buses passing nearby.

I expected better. I stayed for three days and my towel was never changed, the room wasn’t cleaned, and there was no toilet paper. I also found cockroaches and ants in the room. The attendants could be more attentive. These are things that need to be reviewed and improved.

The breakfast was the best part, and the rooms look lovely. They’re extremely tiny, though, with barely enough room for two people to move around in a double. There’s no sound insulation, so you can hear everything from other rooms. I had a really uncomfortable experience hearing a couple moan in the hallway and in my room, even though they weren’t next door. The bed was hard and didn’t have a mattress when I arrived, so I had to ask for one on the second night.

Good value for the price. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, the bed is good, and breakfast is nice. I’d recommend it.
